That approach has trade-offs. It means GeoEdge requires close integration with the publisher's ad server or ad network, so deployment is more involved than simply rotating traffic through a proxy. If you're running an exchange or a premium publisher with strict brand-safety requirements, and you're already integrated with an ad server like Google Ad Manager or a private exchange, GeoEdge's real-time detection layer fits naturally into that workflow. For smaller publishers or those running completely programmatic campaigns without complex direct-sold inventory, the integration overhead might not justify the cost compared to external verification providers.

GeoEdge's geographic coverage isn't emphasized because its threat detection logic is location-agnostic; malware and inappropriate content are problems everywhere, not regionally specific. But that also means GeoEdge doesn't help with regional ad verification challenges, like checking whether a US-targeted ad actually delivers to US IPs or confirming that a geo-fenced campaign respects regional boundaries. For those checks, you'd still need proxy-based verification or an external service with regional vantage points.
